1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, submitting a seller application, or using JulesBoutik, you agree to these terms and the policies presented during checkout or seller onboarding.
2. Seller Obligations
Sellers are responsible for accurate listings, lawful products, inventory, tax registrations, shipping commitments, returns, and customer service. Seller accounts must be approved before listings are publicly available.
3. Buyer Obligations
Buyers must provide accurate delivery information and pay the CAD total shown at checkout. Orders are not paid until the payment provider confirms payment to JulesBoutik.
4. Platform Commission
JulesBoutik deducts the commission rule applicable when an order is created. The rate and amount are recorded on the seller order. Payouts require a completed Canadian connected-account setup and sufficient available balance.
5. Payments and Payouts
Card checkout and seller payout onboarding are hosted by our payment provider. JulesBoutik does not store complete card or bank-account numbers. Payment reversals, disputes, refunds, and provider restrictions may affect seller balances and payout timing.
6. Marketplace Role
Products are offered by independent sellers. JulesBoutik provides marketplace, order, payment-record, and payout tools; it does not manufacture seller products or guarantee subjective product quality.
7. Account and Listing Enforcement
We may suspend accounts or remove listings that are unlawful, misleading, unsafe, infringing, fraudulent, or inconsistent with these terms. Material enforcement actions are recorded for administrative review.
8. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds
Eligibility depends on the seller's disclosed policy, the product, and applicable law. Buyers should use their order record when requesting help. A payment-provider dispute does not replace contacting the seller or platform support.
9. Changes
We may update these terms as the marketplace changes. A new version will show a revised date, and sellers may be asked to accept material updates.
